Carissa Thom has spent over six years in the real estate industry, beginning her career as a marketer for a title company, where she gained a strong understanding of the escrow process. She later joined a real estate team as the Director of Operations and assistant to the team leader. During her time on the team, Carissa worked on over 100 transactions, developing extensive knowledge and expertise in both buying and selling homes in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.

Although born in California, Carissa has called Albuquerque home for over 20 years, with the exception of a memorable year abroad in Scotland as a university student. Outside of her real estate business, she pursues her passion for interior design.

Carissa is known for her strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to integrity. Her goal is to guide her clients with care, acting as an encouraging coach from the preparation stage through to closing.
