A little bit about Marco
Marco is the Managing Broker of The Shaffer Group, where his Real Estate career began in 2019. His production places him in the top 3% of brokers within Keller Williams in the Albuquerque metro area and extends to him being positioned among the distinguished top 5% of brokers with the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Marco earned Rookie of the Year in 2019, a true testament to the exceptional level of service he provides to his clients.
A born leader, Marco readily assumes the role of mentor for any brokers joining The Shaffer Group team. This extends to his oversight off all onboarding processes and systems, seamlessly ensuring that the team is primed for success.
While not in the office, Marco is an avid outdoorsman and a devoted cyclist, making him a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge on all things Albuquerque and it’s surroundings. His in-depth understanding of each neighborhood’s distinct characteristics equips him to provide clients with an intimate perspective on everything from charms to traits. It’s rare to find a broker so steeped in familiarity with amenities, home types, lifestyles, and overall appeal that defines each locale.
Marco’s extensive sales experience is rooted in years of sales and management. With a professional background managing multi-person sales teams for national corporations and local household-name organizations, Marco’s background has rendered him a perceptive interpreter of his clients’ needs, aspirations, and concerns.
With his wife, Lauren Quintana, a mortgage lender with Guild Mortgage, Marco masterfully assists clients with their home selling and/or buying process. Together, they form an unbeatable alliance, navigating clients through the intricacies of the ever-changing Real Estate landscape with insight and expertise.
